Please review this Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Services (or by clicking on "accept" or "agree" to this Policy when prompted), you agree to the terms of this Policy on behalf of yourself or the entity or organization that you represent. If you do not agree to any term in this Policy, you should refrain from further use of our Services.
1. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
This Policy was last revised on the date noted at the top of this page. We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on this page and notify you of such changes by means of an email to the email address specified in your account, a message on the Services, or through a notice on the Website home page. Your continued use of the Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.
2. Information We Collect
We receive several types of information about you from various sources, including (A) information and content that you give us; (B) automatically-collected information; and (C) demographic information or other aggregate information.
2.1 Information and Content That You Give Us
We collect personal information that you knowingly choose to disclose. This may include:
- Personal Information (or Data). Personal information, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, username, password, and any other information you directly provide us on or through the Services. This includes information you provide when you register or create an account, complete a questionnaire or a contest entry form, or make a request for customer service.

- User Content. Information or content you submit to be published or displayed on public areas of the Services or transmitted to other users of the Services or third parties (collectively, "User Content"). Your User Content is posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. The Company cannot control the actions of other users of the Services with whom you may choose to share your User Content. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Content will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

- Search Queries. Your search queries on the Website.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
We may use a variety of technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns whenever you interact with the Services, including:
- Activity Information. Details of your visits to our Services, including the types of content you view or engage with; the features you use; the actions you take; the people or accounts you interact with; the time, frequency, and duration of your activities; and other information about your use of and actions on the Services.
- Equipment Information. Information about your computer and internet connection, including your computer operating system, IP address, browser type, and browser language.
- Location Information. Information about the location of your device, including GPS location, for purposes of enhancing or facilitating the Services. We may also use information about the location of the device you are using to help us understand how the Services and functionality are being used and to deliver more relevant advertising.
The gathering of this information may be used for maintaining the quality of the Services we provide, as well as providing overall general statistics related to the use of the Services. The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
- Cookies. A cookie is a small data file stored on the hard drive of your computer either for only the duration of your visit on a website ("session cookies") or for a fixed period ("persistent cookies"). Cookies contain information that can later be read by a web server. We may use cookies to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on the Services.
- Web Beacons. Web beacons (also known as "clear gifs", "pixel tags", "web bugs", and "single-pixel gifs") are small files that are embedded in webpages, applications, and emails. Web beacons allow the Company, for example, to track who has visited those webpages or opened an email, test the effectiveness of our marketing, and compile other related website statistics.
- JavaScripts. JavaScripts are code snippets embedded in websites and applications that facilitate a variety of operations including accelerating the refresh speed of certain functionality or monitoring usage of various online components.
- Entity Tags. Entity Tags are HTTP code mechanisms that allow portions of websites to be stored or "cached" within your browser and validate these caches when the website is opened, accelerating website performance since the web server does not need to send a full response if the content has not changed.
- HTML5 Local Storage. HTML5 local storage allows data from websites to be stored or "cached" within your browser to store and retrieve data in HTML5 pages when the website is revisited.
- Resettable Device Identifiers. Resettable device identifiers (also known as "advertising identifiers") are similar to cookies and are found on many mobile devices and tablets and certain streaming media devices. Like cookies, resettable device identifiers are used to make online advertising more relevant.
This Policy does not cover the use of tracking technologies by third parties. The Services may contain links, content, advertising, or references to other websites by third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Services. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. Please be aware that we do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or when and how they may be used. The Company does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices, or procedures of any third party. We encourage you to read the privacy statements and terms and conditions of linked or referenced websites you enter.
2.3 Demographic Information
We may collect demographic, statistical, or other aggregate information that is about you, but individually does not identify you. Some of this information may be derived from personal information, but it is not personal information and cannot be tied back to you. Examples of such aggregate information include gender, age, race, household income, and political affiliation.

We may receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. We protect this information according to the practices described in this Policy, plus any additional restrictions imposed by the source of the data. These sources may include online and offline data providers; publicly-available sources such as open government databases or social networks; and service providers who provide us with information, or updates to that information, based on their relationship with you. By gathering additional information about you, we can correct inaccurate information, enhance the security of your transactions, and give you product or service recommendations and special offers that are more likely to interest you.

8. California Privacy Rights
This section supplements the information contained in the rest of this Policy and applies to all Users who are consumers residing in the State of California, according to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the "CCPA"), as updated by the California Privacy Rights Act (the "CPRA") and subsequent regulations. For such consumers, these provisions supersede any other possibly divergent or conflicting provisions contained in this Policy. This section uses the term "personal information" as defined in the CCPA/CPRA.
8.1 Categories of personal information collected, used, sold, or shared
- Information we collect. We have collected the following categories of personal information about you: identifiers, commercial information, and internet information. We do not collect sensitive personal information. We will not collect additional categories of personal information without notifying you.
- Purposes. Unless stated otherwise in the "Detailed Information" section above, we will not retain your personal information for longer than is reasonably necessary for the purpose(s) for which it has been collected.
- Sources. We collect the above-mentioned categories of personal information, either directly or indirectly, from you when you use the Website: directly when you submit requests via any forms on the Website, and indirectly as personal information about you is automatically observed and collected while you navigate the Website. We may also collect personal information from third parties that work with us in connection with the Services.
- Disclosure for a business purpose. We disclose your personal information to the third parties listed in detail in the "Detailed Information" section above, grouped and categorized in accordance with the different purposes of processing.
- Sales and sharing of your personal information. "Sale" and "sharing" have the meanings given to them in the CPRA (CCPA amendment). Certain of the processing activities described above may be considered a sale or sharing under those definitions. The exchange of personal information with a service provider pursuant to a written contract that meets CPRA requirements does not constitute a sale or sharing.
- Your right to opt out and how to exercise it. You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Such requests can be made freely, at any time, without submitting any verifiable request, by contacting us using the details provided in this document. If you submit an opt-out request via a user-enabled global privacy control, like the Global Privacy Control ("GPC"), we will abide by such request. Once you have opted out, we are required to wait at least 12 months before asking whether you have changed your mind.
8.2 Your privacy rights under the CCPA/CPRA and how to exercise them
The right to access personal information: the right to know and to portability. You have the right to request that we disclose to you: the categories of personal information that we collect about you; the sources from which the personal information is collected; the purposes for which we use your information; to whom we disclose such information; and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you. You also have the right to know what personal information is sold or shared and to whom.
The right to request the deletion of your personal information. You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information, subject to exceptions set forth by law. If no legal exception applies, as a result of exercising your right, we will delete your personal information and notify any of our service providers and all third parties to whom we have sold or shared the personal information to do so — provided that this is technically feasible and doesn't involve disproportionate effort.
The right to correct inaccurate personal information. You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
The right to opt out of sale or sharing and to limit the use of your sensitive personal information. You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and to request that we limit our use or disclosure of your sensitive personal information.
The right of no retaliation (non-discrimination). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CPRA, including by denying goods or services, charging you a different price, or providing a different level or quality of goods or services. However, if you refuse to provide your personal information to us or ask us to delete or stop selling your personal information, and that personal information or sale is necessary for us to provide you with goods or services, we may not be able to complete that transaction.
How to exercise your rights. To exercise the rights described above, submit your verifiable request to us via the contact details provided in this document. Your request must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, and describe your request with sufficient detail. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. If you cannot personally submit a verifiable request, you can authorize a person registered with the California Secretary of State to act on your behalf. You can submit a maximum of 2 requests over a period of 12 months.
How and when we handle your request. We will confirm receipt of your verifiable request within 10 days and respond within 45 days of its receipt. Should we need more time (up to 90 days total), we will explain the reasons why. Our disclosures will cover the preceding 12-month period. Should we deny your request, we will explain the reasons behind our denial. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
9. Virginia Privacy Rights
This section supplements the information contained in the rest of this Policy and applies to all Users who are consumers residing in the Commonwealth of Virginia, according to the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (the "VCDPA"). For such consumers, these provisions supersede any other possibly divergent or conflicting provisions contained in this Policy. This section uses the term "personal data" as defined in the VCDPA.
Categories of personal data we collect: identifiers, commercial information, and internet information. We do not collect sensitive data. We will not collect additional categories of personal data without notifying you. To find out why we process your personal data, see the "Detailed Information" section above. We won't process your information for unexpected purposes, or for purposes incompatible with the purposes originally disclosed, without your consent. As specified above, our use of your personal data may be considered a sale under the VCDPA, and certain processing may constitute targeted advertising as defined by the VCDPA. You have the right to opt out of both — contact us at any time using the details in this document.
You may exercise the following rights regarding your data: access your personal data (the right to know); correct inaccurate personal data; request the deletion of your personal data; obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable format; opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you; and non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
How to exercise your rights. Submit your request to us via the contact details provided in this document. We will not respond to any request if we are unable to verify your identity using commercially reasonable efforts. We will respond to your request without undue delay, and at the latest within 45 days of its receipt (extendable to 90 days with explanation). Should we deny your request, you have the right to appeal by submitting a request to us via the details provided in this document; within 60 days of receipt of the appeal we will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken, and if the appeal is denied you may contact the Attorney General to submit a complaint. We do not charge a fee to respond to your request, for up to two requests per year.
10. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable precautions to secure your personal information. We have implemented technical, physical, and administrative security measures designed to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of your information. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers behind firewalls. When you transmit highly sensitive information (such as a credit card number) through the Services, we encrypt the transmission of that information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) technology.
The safety and security of your information also depend on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
While we have employed security technologies and procedures to assist in safeguarding your personal information, no system or network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website or any other Services.
